• direct booking functionality on the Snoozin website where available.
Payments are processed securely through authorised third-party payment providers.
Snoozin Ltd does not store full payment card details on its own servers.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund policies for accommodation bookings are determined by the booking platform used or the cancellation policy applied to the individual property listing.
Guests should refer to the relevant booking platform or booking confirmation for full cancellation terms.
For services purchased directly from Snoozin Ltd, refunds will only be issued where required by law or where agreed at our discretion.
Billing queries must be raised within 14 days of the transaction date.

7. Property Owner Services

Property owners who appoint Snoozin Ltd as a property manager will enter into a separate Property Management Agreement which governs:

The Property Management Agreement forms the contractual relationship between Snoozin Ltd and the property owner.

8. Liability
