Selective Licencing in Birmingham

Birmingham introduced Selective Licensing in June 2023, covering 25 of the city’s 69 wards. If your property falls in one of the 25 wards (pretty much most of the city centre) you will be required to get a Selective Licence; £700 per property which runs for 5 years. Snoozin can arrange this on your behalf, but you must ensure compliance as your property cannot be let without one.
